Armed Police Respond to Samurai Sword Incident at Bromley South Railway Station

 

Police were called to Bromley South Railway Station this evening following reports of a man wielding a samurai sword on Platform 4. The incident occurred at approximately 7pm on Friday 18th October 2024, prompting an immediate response from armed officers.

Authorities received information about the armed individual and quickly deployed officers to the scene to ensure the safety of passengers and staff. British Transport Police (BTP) were also contacted to assist in managing the situation.
