Man Charged with Murder After Woman Found Dead in Bolton
A man has been charged with murder after a 45-year-old woman was found dead in Bolton.
Tragic Scene at Kempston Gardens
James Morton, from Kempston Gardens, Bolton, was charged following the discovery of an unresponsive woman at the address on Monday, 19 January 2026. Police launched CPR at the scene, but sadly, the woman was pronounced dead.
Suspect in Custody Ahead of Court Appearance
Morton has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court on Thursday, 22 January 2026.
