Detectives are appealing for information after a disabled man was assaulted and robbed on a train approaching Bromley South station on the morning of Wednesday 6 May. The victim was attacked by a stranger who then stole his mobile phone, leaving him shaken and distressed. British Transport Police are investigating the incident and have released an image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the case.

The assault took place at approximately 11:30am on a train nearing Bromley South, catching the victim off guard. The attacker’s actions have raised concerns about passenger safety on rail services in the area.
