Tragic Crash: Motorcyclist Killed in Earlsfield Collision

A motorcyclist has died following a dramatic crash with another rider in Earlsfield, police have confirmed. The fatal collision happened just after midnight on Burntwood Lane, SW18.

One Rider Dead, Another Hospitalised

Officers were called at 12:50am on Friday, 29 June, after reports of two motorcyclists colliding. Emergency services, including the London Ambulance Service, rushed to the scene.

The first rider, a 38-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. His family has been informed. The second motorcyclist was rushed to hospital and is currently in stable condition.

Police Hunt Witnesses and Key HGV Driver

No arrests have been made yet, as enquiries continue. Detectives from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are particularly keen to trace an HGV driver who was parked near the crash site.
