Man stabbed to death in brutal Lower Richmond Road attack
Emergency teams rush to stabbing
The London Ambulance Service called police to Lower Richmond Road, SW14, just before 10pm on Monday, 18 July after reports of a stabbing.
Victim dies despite lifesaving efforts
Officers arrived to find a 34-year-old man stabbed. Paramedics treated him at the scene before rushing him to hospital.
Tragically, he died shortly after 10.30pm despite the emergency teams’ best efforts.
Homicide detectives launch investigation
A crime scene was quickly sealed off. Specialist Met homicide detectives have taken over the probe.
No arrests have been made so far. Police say inquiries are ongoing as they hunt the attacker.
