Counter Terrorism Police have swooped on a 16-year-old boy from Didcot over a suspected terrorism offence. The arrest, made on Thursday 12 March 2026, is part of a major investigation into terror-related activities.
Serious Terror Charges Under Terrorism Act
Officers from Counter Terrorism Policing South East (CTPSE) suspect the teenager of possessing materials useful for terrorist purposes. This falls under Section 58 of the Terrorism Act 2000. The youth remains in custody as the probe continues.
