Emergency services rushed to , Dugdale Court on Harrow Road in Wembley after a female was reported to have ingested a lethal chemical compound. The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) source confirmed that the woman was declared deceased at the scene despite best efforts of emergency responders.
Police and London Ambulance Service (LAS) were dispatched on Saturday afternoon with a large number of emergency responders seen on Plough Close at the junction with Harrow Road, to coordinate emergency response.
The Metropolitan Police have confirmed attendance at the scene and stated that enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the incident. No further details about the identity of the woman have been released at this stage.
Authorities are urging anyone with relevant information to contact the police via 101, quoting the incident location.
