Driver Charged After Deadly Crash at Park Royal Tube Station
Rida Kazem, 23, has been hit with serious charges after a shocking collision at Park Royal Underground station left 33-year-old Yagmur Ozden dead. The Range Rover she was in was smashed onto the Tube tracks following a high-speed crash involving Kazem’s vehicle and a Tesla.
Reckless Driving and Failed Blood Test
Kazem faces charges of causing serious injury by driving recklessly and failing to provide a blood sample. He was released on bail and is due to appear at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on January 10.

Yagmur Ozden, a beautician from Finchley, originally from Baghdad, Iraq, died in the early hours of August 22. Her family has been notified and is receiving support from the Metropolitan Police following the tragic incident.
