Man Brutally Attacked with Metal Bar in Margate High Street
Detectives are hunting witnesses after a violent assault rocked Margate on Friday night.
Violent Brawl Ends with Metal Bar Assault
Kent Police were scrambled at 7.10pm on 20 November 2020 following reports of a man suffering serious head injuries in Margate’s High Street.
The attack erupted around 7pm during a heated altercation between two men. One punched the victim before striking him with a metal bar, leaving him badly hurt.
Victim Recovering, Police Seek Crucial Witnesses
The injured man was rushed to a local hospital but has since been discharged. Police say the investigation is ongoing and are urging anyone who witnessed the attack or has CCTV or dashcam footage to come forward immediately.
