Pervert Targets Woman on Tottenham Court Road Bus
Late on 30 July, a suspect boarded the Route 38 bus near Tottenham Court Road, harassing women before a 26-year-old victim got on. As she passed the seated man, he reached out and sexually touched her. The bus driver quickly called police, forcing the creep to flee.
Suspect Description and Police Appeal
- Description: Tall Black male, around 35 years old, with short braids
- Time: Around 10pm on 30 July
- Location: Route 38 bus, near Tottenham Court Road
Detective Chief Inspector Michael Dougall blasted the actions, saying, “No one should have to put up with unwanted attention or predatory, sexual or violent behaviour.”
He urged the public to help identify the suspect: “We have released this image in the hope that someone will recognise this person and help police identify him. I would urge anyone who can help to get in contact.”
