Four More Arrests Made in Teen’s Isleworth Murder

Detectives have cracked down again in the murder probe of 17-year-old Abdirashid Mohamoud, who was fatally stabbed in Isleworth back in March 2019. Four more suspects were arrested last Thursday, 13 February, across several locations.

Who’s Been Arrested?

  • 23-year-old man: Nabbed on suspicion of murder in Osterley. Taken to central London police station and bailed until late March.
  • 42-year-old man: Arrested in Isleworth for perverting the course of justice. Also bailed until late March.
  • 22-year-old man: Surrendered himself at Acton Police Station and arrested for murder. Bailed till late March.
  • 23-year-old man: Held on suspicion of murder at Kingston Crown Court while serving time at HMP Wandsworth. Released on bail to reappear in late March.

Tragic Stabbing Scene

On the evening of Friday, 22 March 2019, police were called to reports of a stabbing near flats on Union Lane, Isleworth. They found Abdirashid Mohamoud from Brentford with fatal stab wounds.

Despite first aid from the London Ambulance Service, the teen died at the scene. A post-mortem confirmed he died from stab injuries.

Ongoing Investigation
