Police Bust Man Running Two Brothels in Birmingham City Centre
A 41-year-old man has been slapped with charges after cops cracked down on two illegal brothels right in the heart of Birmingham.
Dongping Xiao Nabbed on Bradford Street
West Midlands Police arrested Dongping Xiao, who has no fixed address, on Bradford Street this Monday, 9 February. The Birmingham Serious Organised Crime and Exploitation (SOCEX) team launched a thorough probe before hitting him with charges for running two brothels.
Xiao Remanded After Magistrates Court Appearance
On Wednesday, 11 February, Xiao faced Birmingham Magistrates. He was remanded in custody and is set to return to court for a hearing in August.
