Leroy Bartholomew, 60, was caught red-handed dumping waste twice within two weeks at the same spot on the A412 Uxbridge Road. CCTV showed him unloading four barrels on January 25, 2024, then returning on February 3 to dump a staggering 150 tyres.

Despite refusing to help investigators, Bucks Council’s enforcement team tracked the vehicle back to Bartholomew. The case went to court armed with irrefutable CCTV evidence.
Judge Hits Bartholomew with Tough Sentence
At High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on February 20, 2025, Bartholomew pleaded guilty to two fly-tipping offences. He received a 12-month community order, 120 hours of unpaid work, eight days of rehabilitation, and must pay £1,200 in prosecution costs.
