A 39-year-old man has been snapped up by police following a shocking series of early morning arson attacks that put lives at risk in Bilston. Authorities moved fast after multiple blazes broke out in the area.

- Horse and Jockey Pub Torched: Around 3:30am, emergency crews raced to a small fire at the Horse and Jockey pub on Church Street. Thankfully, no injuries were reported despite the blaze sparking alarm.

Dramatic Arrest After Police Dog Fights Off Suspect
Sharp CCTV work helped police zero in on a suspect spotted in a park off Millfield Road. When officers tried to arrest him, the man threw objects at them and even tried to strangle PD Snow, a brave police dog. The dog managed to subdue the attacker, who was later taken to hospital for treatment.
