Southampton Murder Probe: Four Arrested After Stabbing Death

Four Held Over Southampton Stabbing

A 23-year-old man from Southampton has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the fatal stabbing of a local man. Police say a 27-year-old woman from Gosport was re-arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender after new evidence emerged.

Two more men, aged 49 and 33, both from Southampton, have also been detained on similar suspicion. All four remain in custody as the investigation heats up.

Another Suspect Bailed Amid Ongoing Enquiries

Earlier, a 47-year-old woman from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender on Thursday, 23 March. She has since been released on bail while police continue their investigations.

Victim’s Tragic Death

The victim, Mark, 64, died from a stab wound to the chest at his home on Warburton Road, Southampton, on 25 February.
