Victim Assaulted on Bethnal Green Tube Train
At 1.30pm on Saturday 17 December 2022, a woman was sexually assaulted on a westbound train leaving Bethnal Green. She was standing behind a man when he suddenly reached behind and attacked her.
Heroic Passenger Confronts Attacker
Another passenger stepped in and challenged the man’s behaviour. The attacker then moved away from the victim and got off the train at Tottenham 1 Road.
