Rabat weaponised a broken chair and shattered ceramic toilet lid, delivering ferocious blows to Adi. The victim suffered severe head injuries and internal damage. Guards later found Rabat calmly seated while Adi’s lifeless body was hidden beneath a locker and table.
Jury Slams Self-Defence Claim, Finds Rabat Guilty
“Despite his claim of self-defence, the jury saw through Rabat’s story and convicted him of murder,” said a court source.
The court heard Rabat tried to justify the attack by alleging threats from Adi, but his defence fell flat after forensic evidence pointed squarely to his guilt. Rabat now awaits sentencing following the two-week trial at Maidstone Crown Court.
