Vicky, from Redding near Falkirk, and Dinah, from Tillingham, Essex, vanished in 1991. Their remains were unearthed 17 years later in Tobin’s former garden in Margate, Kent.

Health Crisis: Tobin Chained and Refusing Care

He was moved from HMP Edinburgh to the city’s Royal Infirmary in January after collapsing in his cell. An ambulance took him to hospital in February 2016, marking the start of his ongoing health battle.
