Health Crisis: Tobin Chained and Refusing Care
Last month, tabloids revealed Tobin was “chained to a hospital bed,” looking frail in a hospital gown. Reports say he fractured his hip after a fall and is refusing food and medication.
He was moved from HMP Edinburgh to the city’s Royal Infirmary in January after collapsing in his cell. An ambulance took him to hospital in February 2016, marking the start of his ongoing health battle.
