Monster Gets 10 Years Behind Bars
Shaun Harris, 58, homeless and desperate, has been hit with a discretionary life sentence following a 10-day trial at St Albans Crown Court. He was found guilty of multiple horrific crimes, including:
- Two counts of rape
- One count of attempted rape
- Two counts of assault by penetration
Locked Up with Lifetime Fallout
The court handed Harris a minimum of 10 years before he can even ask for parole. But the nightmare doesn’t end there.
Lifetime Register and Strict Orders
Harris will be stuck on the Sex Offender Register for life. Plus, he’s shackled by a tough Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO). One harsh condition: he must notify police within three days before starting any intimate relationships.
