  • Matthew Guess, 45, also of Chandos Square, allegedly bought a SIM card and arranged transport, food, and housing for Lewis.
  • Billy Barfoot, 38, of Reculver Road, Herne Bay, is accused of transporting and housing Lewis Guess.

Lewis Guess remains in custody and is set to appear at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 11 April. Matthew Guess and Billy Barfoot have been bailed and are due at the same court on Thursday, 25 April.
