Man Stabbed to Death in Bexleyheath Parking Lot
A gruesome stabbing rocked Bexleyheath on Saturday night. At around 7.10pm on April 2, police and paramedics rushed to Temple Hill after a man was found with a fatal stab wound to his abdomen. Tragically, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Attack Happened in Mallard Close Car Park
The victim is believed to have been attacked in a communal parking area at Mallard Close before his death. Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate quickly launched an investigation into the brutal assault.
Two Men Charged With Murder
- Emanuel Nkrumah-Buansi, 22, from Mayplace Road East, Bexleyheath
- Jacob Afolabi, 26, from Bevis Close, Dartford
Both suspects were arrested earlier this week—Nkrumah-Buansi on April 6 and Afolabi on April 7. On Friday, the Crown Prosecution Service charged them with murder. They remain in custody and are due to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, April 9.
Police Call for Witnesses and CCTV Footage
Officers have already interviewed several potential witnesses but believe more people hold vital information. Anyone who saw the incident or has private CCTV or dashcam footage is urged to come forward.
