Tragic biker death in St Michael’s sparks police hunt for witnesses
Motorcyclist killed in single-bike crash
A man in his 40s has died after crashing his Husqvarna 701 Supermoto on Garstang Road, St Michael’s. The grim smash happened at 1.30pm on January 15.
Rider taken to hospital but could not be saved
The victim, from Preston, was rushed to Royal Preston Hospital but sadly passed away. Police are now piecing together how the collision unfolded.
Police plead for info from the public
Sgt Daniel Gunn of Lancashire Police said: “This collision has resulted in a man losing his life and my thoughts are with his loved ones. We are investigating full circumstances and urge anyone with information or footage to come forward.”
