Four Teen Arrested for Dangerous Driving
In a swift response, Devon and Cornwall Police detained four teenagers – two boys and two girls from Liskeard – on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. They remain in custody as inquiries continue. Officers also seized a vehicle believed to be involved in the tragic incident.
Families Mourn ‘Wonderful Lads’
Heartbroken families and friends flooded social media with tributes. Luke’s mother, Leanne, updated her profile with her son’s photo, sparking an outpouring of condolences. Jamie’s father, Dave, tweeted, “My son’s life has just taken another downward spiral. I loved you… fly free, son.” Community members have been urged to leave floral tributes at Jamie’s family home.

Sergeant Tina Green of Devon and Cornwall Police said: “Our thoughts are with the families and friends of those who lost their lives. We are still investigating the full circumstances surrounding this tragic incident.” She added police will maintain a heightened presence around Liskeard and urged anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward.
