London’s Air Ambulance swooped into Beam Park at around 5:15pm today after a stabbing rocked nearby Birdbrook Close, Dagenham. The attack triggered a major emergency response, with scores of police officers and paramedics flooding the area to secure the scene and aid the victim.

Youth Targeted in Stabbing

The victim, a 23-year-old man, suffered stab wounds in the afternoon assault. Although his condition is still being assessed, authorities confirmed the incident appears to be isolated. An active investigation is underway to track down those responsible.

The Metropolitan Police quickly set up a crime scene in Beam Park. Residents can expect a heavy police presence while enquiries continue. The case is logged under CAD reference 5152/02SEP24.
