Shock Attack on Central Line Train: Mother and Children Sparks Chaos

At 3.30pm on Wednesday 9 February, a brawl broke out on a westbound Central Line train. A group with a man, a woman, two prams, and young children caused chaos.

Violent Theft at East Acton Station

As the train pulled into East Acton, the man snatched a female passenger’s bag. When she tried to get it back, the woman with him dragged her off the train, shouting and landing blows to her face.

The victim was then thrown to the platform floor and repeatedly punched and kicked by the woman.

Phone Stolen, Attackers Flee

The man ripped the victim’s phone from her pocket before the group fled the scene.

Police Hunt Suspects

Police appeal for anyone who recognises the culprits to come forward. Contact British Transport Police on text 61016 or call 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 349 of 09/02/22.
