Crash Closes A3 Lane Near Buriton
One lane of the southbound A3 near Buriton has been shut after a two-car collision this evening. Hampshire Road Policing officers based in Havant rushed to the scene.
Minor Injuries, No Trapped Drivers
Thankfully, injuries to the drivers are not thought to be serious. No one was trapped in the wreckage. The lane closure is just before the Buriton turn-off, with cones blocking one carriageway lane.
Black Vauxhall Astra Involved
A black Vauxhall Astra is reported to have collided with another vehicle before veering off near Weston Lane and the Buriton Business Centre.
Traffic Chaos and Delays

- Recovery and clean-up work causing a 40-minute delay for commuters.
