Speed Demon Van Crashes Along M27: Driver Arrested
Chaos hit the M27 early this morning when a white Ford Transit van was spotted weaving dangerously and smashing into cones and barriers just after 6am on Sunday, 8 August.
Van Nabbed at Farlington After Hazardous Driving Spree
Police chased the erratic van eastbound from junction 5 and finally pulled it over near junction 11 on the M27 before stopping it on the A27 close to Farlington.
The vehicle, which has distinctive orange and red chevrons on its back doors, was driven by a 36-year-old Bournemouth man.
Man Held on Multiple Driving Offences
He’s now in custody, arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, driving while unfit through drugs, and having a controlled drug above the legal limit.
