Violent Clash on M11 Hard Shoulder Sparks Police Hunt
Just before 8am on Tuesday 26 April, tension boiled over on the northbound M11 near Chigwell. A heated row erupted between the drivers of a grey Nissan and a black BMW, ending with the Nissan driver being assaulted on the hard shoulder.
Victim Injured but Stable
The Nissan driver suffered injuries serious enough to need hospital treatment. Thankfully, police confirm these are not life-threatening or life-changing.
Arrest Made as Police Probe Continues
Officers swooped quickly, arresting a 44-year-old man on suspicion of grievous bodily harm (GBH) and criminal damage. He has since been released under investigation as enquiries press on.
