Witness Hunt After Brutal Torch Assault in Winchester
Police are urgently seeking a witness to a violent assault on Upper Brook Street, Winchester, last Wednesday evening.
Man Struck in Brutal Face Attack
Between 6pm and 6.50pm on 15 August, a verbal row between two men escalated violently. One man was hit around the face with a torch, leaving him with serious injuries. The victim, a man in his 20s, was rushed to Royal Hampshire County Hospital for treatment.
Police Seek Smartly Dressed Witness
Officers have learned a sharply dressed man was nearby, coming from the Brooks Shopping Centre delivery area. They want to speak to this eyewitness urgently.
