New E-Fit Released in Riverside Park Assault on 12-Year-Old

Police have issued a fresh E-fit following a vicious attack at Riverside Park on Manor Farm Road. The assault happened at 8pm on Thursday, April 7, leaving a 12-year-old boy seriously injured.

Teen Attacked During Football Game

The youngster was playing football with friends when another teenage boy suddenly attacked him, knocking him unconscious. The victim was rushed to hospital with a broken jaw.

Second E-Fit Seeks Suspect

Officers first released an E-fit on April 19, thanks to a witness. Now, working with another young eyewitness, police have produced a second image to help track down the suspect.

“I would like to thank these young witnesses for helping us with our enquiries to produce these images,” said Detective Constable Claire Ratcliffe from the Western Investigations Team.
