East London’s ‘Willy Man’ Terrorises Dagenham with Nasty Flasher Stunts

Residents have dubbed the sicko the “willy man,” but this isn’t a joke. Women in Dagenham are genuinely scared as the pervert prowls about, flashing his privates on doorbell cameras and even pushing his penis through letterboxes.

Grotesque Nighttime Shenanigans Caught on Camera

A shocking clip shows the creep on Maxey Road just before 6 a.m. on February 17. Wearing a face mask and top but nothing below the waist, he blatantly exposed himself on a doorstep. When a car passed by, he swiftly fled the scene. Angered locals have shared multiple clips of his vile behaviour on social media.

“It’s terrifying, and knowing this is happening has made my family feel unsafe,” a victim said. “There have been other reports of this person doing the same thing, indicating this has been going on for some time. He must be caught.”

Flasher Getting Bolder, Police Urge Action

One terrified woman revealed: “He stood naked from the waist down in front of my door for 10 seconds, flashing his bits. He’s getting braver and no longer hides.”

Another warned that the scumbag also stuffs things through letterboxes. “It’s been reported many times but he’s still free,” she said. “If you have evidence, report it now. We need to stop him fast.”

Eyewitnesses say the flasher has been spotted all over, from Becontree to Hedgemans Road, always hiding his face but showing his willy proudly.

Residents Outraged, Police On Hunt

Locals have had enough, even threatening to defend themselves with bleach, razor blades, or worse. One said, “He’s targeting people with Ring doorbells on purpose. This disgusting behaviour must end.”

The Metropolitan Police have been investigating a series of similar exposures since January, where a man in dark clothing and a crash helmet exposed himself through letterboxes in nearby streets. However, they haven’t confirmed if these incidents are connected.

“These incidents were very distressing for the victims,” Detective Constable Sky Mulvey said. “We want any CCTV or doorbell footage to help identify this man. Please come forward.”
