Suspects Break In and Attack

Police swooped on a Dorset Avenue property in Great Baddow just after 4.30am on Tuesday, 8 September. Officers were called following reports that suspects forced their way inside and assaulted a man and a woman.

Dog Unit Tracks Down Two

Essex Police’s dog unit tracked down two people linked to the incident. A 56-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman were promptly arrested on suspicion of aggravated burglary.

Third Suspect Caught Hiding in Wardrobe

In a dramatic twist, officers discovered a third suspect hiding in a wardrobe at the property. The 33-year-old man was arrested for aggravated burglary and breaching a restraining order.
