Tragic Brentford Crash Claims Life of 22-Year-Old Pedestrian
Deadly Collision at Dawn
In the early hours of August 5, a 22-year-old man was fatally struck by a car at the junction of Brook Lane North and the A4 Great West Road in Brentford. The crash occurred around 3:50am, leaving the community in shock.
Emergency Services Rush to Scene
Police were already nearby handling an unrelated incident when they found the injured pedestrian. Despite their best efforts, the young man was pronounced dead at the site.
Driver Cooperates, No Arrests Yet
The car driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with police. No arrests have been made while investigators piece together what happened. The Serious Collision Investigation Unit has taken charge and implemented road closures to carry out a thorough probe.
