Family Pays Heartbreaking Tribute After Fatal BMW Crash in Kings Worthy

Tragedy struck early Monday morning when Christopher Tarrant, 27, lost his life in a brutal collision on the A33, Basingstoke Road, Kings Worthy. The silver BMW he was driving smashed into a tree just before 2am on 26 March.

Emergency crews pronounced Christopher dead at the scene.

Family Remembers “Tosh”

Christopher’s family have paid an emotional tribute to the young man known to friends as “Tosh.”

“Chris, known to all as Tosh, was a loving son, brother, dad, uncle and friend. He was just 27 years old and taken at such a young age. His motto was ‘YOLO’ – you only live once. He will be sorely missed by everyone. Gone but not forgotten.”

Passengers Also Suffer in Horrific Crash

  • A 27-year-old woman in the front passenger seat also died at the scene.
  • A 21-year-old woman in the back was seriously injured and rushed to Southampton General Hospital.

Police Appeal for Witnesses

The cause of the crash is still under investigation. Police urge anyone who saw what happened to come forward.
