Who Is Phoebe?
Phoebe is a white girl with shoulder-length blonde hair and a slim build.
What Was She Wearing?
When she vanished, Phoebe sported grey jogging bottoms, a black sports bra, a black puffer jacket, and black slippers. Witnesses say she was carrying an orange Sainsbury’s shopping bag.
Where to Look?
She is known to frequent the Forest Gate area.
