Arrest made in connection with classic car theft

An arrest has been made in connection with the theft of a classic car from Walmer, Deal. It was reported the customised blue Ford Anglia car was stolen from a garage in Station Road at around 12.15pm on Thursday 17 October 2019. A 35-year-old man from Folkestone was arrested on suspicion of burglary on Sunday 17 November. He has been released under investigation while enquiries are ongoing. Anyone who may have since been offered the car for sale or seen it, is asked to call Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting 46/201939/19.
