The Kent Air Ambulance swooped in at around 11am on Saturday after a man plunged from a ladder at The Linces in Dover.
Paramedics and doctors rushed to the scene to treat the injured man before airlifting him to hospital.
His injuries are reported to be serious, with emergency crews working swiftly to save his life.
