Air Ambulance Scrambles to Tonbridge Crash
The Kent air ambulance rushed to Tonbridge this morning (June 21) after a nasty collision outside Woodland School on Lawrence Road.
Woman Trapped Under Vehicle Rescued
Emergency crews found a woman trapped beneath a vehicle. Kent Fire and Rescue sent three fire engines and used airbags and hydraulic rescue gear to lift the car and free her.
Road Closures and Delays Hit Tonbridge
Police shut down Lawrence Road, causing slow traffic on surrounding streets. South East Coast Ambulance also dispatched multiple units alongside Kent Fire and Rescue.
“The casualty was handed over to paramedics and the air ambulance team for urgent care,” confirmed emergency services.
