Detectives are piecing together what led to the fatal smash. They are keen to hear from anyone who saw the incident or captured dashcam footage.

“If you witnessed the crash or have relevant footage, please contact police on 101 quoting reference 7254/1Jun,” a Metropolitan Police spokesperson said.
