Emergency crews rushed to a road accident at the junction of Lodge Lane and Field Way in New Addington this afternoon, June 11. One person was taken to hospital with injuries.

The London Ambulance Service (LAS) confirmed they were alerted at 2.38pm after reports of the crash in the Croydon suburb.
An LAS spokesperson said:
“We were called at 2.38pm today (11 June) to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Field Way and Lodge Lane, New Addington.
We sent ambulance crews and an incident response officer to the scene.
We treated one patient for chest and arm injuries and took them to hospital.”
