Person Found Dead on Rainham Railway Tracks
A grim discovery was made on Rainham’s railway tracks at around 6am today, October 13. Emergency services raced to the scene but sadly, the victim could not be saved.
No Suspicious Circumstances, Police Confirm
The British Transport Police swiftly responded alongside paramedics. Despite their best efforts, the person was pronounced dead at the scene.
“Officers were called at about 6am to reports of a casualty on the tracks in Rainham,” a British Transport Police spokesperson said. “Despite our response with paramedics, sadly, the person was confirmed dead at the scene. The incident is not being treated as suspicious. A file will be prepared for the coroner.”
