Detectives have charged three people following an incident that happened on Shirley Road, Southampton between midnight and 2am on Saturday 22 July. The charges come after a 53-year-old man sustained serious stab wounds and a 28-year-old woman received minor injuries following the report of an assault which took place on Shirley Road, opposite the entrance to Kingston Road, in the early hours of Saturday morning.
