Teenager Charged with Attempted Murder After Brutal North Finchley Bus Stabbing
Detectives have charged a 17-year-old boy with attempted murder following a shocking stabbing on a North Finchley bus. The teen also faces charges for threatening a person with a bladed weapon in public. He was charged on Monday, 11 March and appeared at Brent Magistrates’ Court the same morning.
Violent Attack on Route 134 Bus
The violent incident unfolded at 4.41pm on Saturday, 9 March. Police rushed to Colney Hatch Lane after reports of a stabbing aboard a route 134 bus. At the scene, officers found a 19-year-old man suffering from a stab wound to the chest.
Critical Condition But Stable
Emergency teams, including the London Ambulance Service and Air Ambulance, quickly responded. The injured victim was airlifted to an east London hospital. He remains in critical but stable condition as investigations continue.
