Fraud Alert: Police Hunt Chilworth Scratch Card Swindler
Hampshire Constabulary want to have a word with this man over a dodgy credit card scam. He used a stolen card to buy scratch cards at the Shell Garage in Chilworth in the early hours of Monday, 29 April, around 2:30am.
