BB Gun and Knives Seized in Dramatic Arrest
Armed officers rushed to Cheriton Road, Folkestone, at around 10.30am on Sunday 9 February 2020 after reports of a man wielding a weapon and smashing a passing car.
39-Year-Old Charged Over Threat and Damage
Police arrested Stuart Regan, 39, from Cheriton Road, nearby on Taylor Road. They found a BB gun and two knives in his possession.
Facing Multiple Charges in Court
Regan now faces charges including possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear, possession of a bladed article, and criminal damage.
He is set to appear at Medway Magistrates Court on Monday 10 February 2020.
