Family pay tribute to Adrian Caddy who tragically died in collision.

A Family has paid tribute to Adrian Caddy, an East Sussex resident and a motorcyclist who tragically died on 18 March at 5.59pm as a result of a collision.

Adrian was travelling southbound on A21 at when a collision with a Seat Altea parked in a layby occurred just south of junction with Marley Lane.
 
Adrian died of multiple injuries and despite attempts of CPR by another motorcyclist who noticed Adrian in distress, and swift action by emergency services, his injuries were too extensive and Adrian could not be saved.
 
 
Family pay tribute to Adrian Caddy who tragically died in collision.
His family issued the following tribute to him:
 
“Words are difficult to express the deep sorrow and the void left by the loss of Adrian in such tragic circumstances. He will always be remembered as a loving, treasured and loyal man to his partner, a loving and devoted father to his son, and a great friend to many. He was a beautiful man, intelligent and witty, a dreamer of dreams, a fervent defender of the natural world who emphatically led life with his heart.”

 
The driver of the car – a 46-year-old woman from Etchingham – was taken to Conquest Hospital with minor injuries.
 
Anyone who saw what happened or saw either of the vehicles in the area prior to the collision – particularly anyone with dash cam footage – is asked to email [email protected] quoting Operation Holbrook.
