Tragic Crash on M55 Claims Motorcyclist’s Life
Police were called just after 9pm last night (Sunday, September 6) following a serious collision on the westbound M55, about a mile before junction 3.
The crash involved a car and a motorcyclist, who was then involved in a second collision with a van. Tragically, the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two Arrested as Investigation Continues
Two individuals have been arrested and are currently in police custody linked to the incident. Officers are probing the circumstances surrounding the fatal collision.
M55 Shut Both Ways – Drivers Urged to Avoid Area
The motorway remains closed in both directions from junctions 3 to 1. The closure is expected to last for some time as police carry out their investigation.
