At 12.35pm on Wednesday, a heartbroken owner returned to find his Mini Dachshund puppy stolen from his car outside Barclays on Chipping Norton High Street.

Police Hunt for Puppy Thief
“We are working hard to find out who is responsible for this theft, including analysing all relevant CCTV and tracing any possible witnesses,” said PC Rachel Lundregan from Witney police station.
“This incident has left the puppy’s owners completely bereft. We urge anyone who saw anything on Chipping Norton High Street on Wednesday lunchtime to come forward. Dashcam footage could be vital.”
