Man Brutally Attacked Outside Weymouth Shop
A 37-year-old local man was viciously assaulted on Queen Street outside the Anything & Everything shop at 9.15pm last Friday, January 28, 2022.
Two unknown men approached him, before pushing him to the ground and repeatedly kicking him in the head. The victim briefly lost consciousness and suffered a broken nose. He was rushed to hospital for treatment.
Police Hunt Attackers with CCTV Footage
Police Constable Harry Chaplin from Weymouth police slammed the “completely unprovoked assault.” He said: “I am carrying out enquiries to identify those responsible.”
Officers have released CCTV images of the two suspects and are urging anyone who can ID them to come forward.
