Man Sexually Assaults Teen Girl in Phoenix Park, Thurnscoe
A teenage girl was targeted in Phoenix Park, Thurnscoe, around 6pm on Wednesday, June 22. A man approached her while she sat on a bench and made inappropriate comments before sexually assaulting her over her clothing.
Victim Escapes and Police Issue E-Fit
Thankfully, the girl managed to flee and quickly alerted her family, who called the police. Officers have since released an e-fit of the suspect as part of their ongoing investigation.
The man is described as:
- White
- Aged 25-30
- About 5ft 7ins tall
- Brown hair
- Wearing a burgundy jumper and grey shorts
He was last seen leaving the park on a bicycle.
